Not because of the Netherlands but because Donington is in an area of Lincolnshire called then South Holland... oh and Keef discovered a load of old Singer Sewing machines in a craft shop, a passion after restoring Grandpa's one Laurence & Yvonne's visit 11th to 13th May 2022, they had travelled from their M&CC site at Bolton Abbey, Yorks to the Castleton site in Derbyshire, where I picked them up from in torrential rain and brought them back to our pad where we had a fun 2 days, walked the canal, visited the Steamboat and its memorabilia at Trent lock , especially the Dalek and Sir Clive's Sinclair C5, watched Dr No and generally ate, drank, caught up and be merry #fun #friends #tick.
