Blog 58 Field Barn Farm near Bourton-on-the-Water, Cotswolds, leisurely strolls into town, water cooling streams and ale
A hot‑then‑soaked July weekend at Field Barn Farm made for a memorable Cotswolds escape with pals Pete and Joy on your annual trip — and their first year out of canvas in their new Bessacar. Spacious wild‑hedged pitches, a peaceful dip in the Windrush valley and a lovely walk into Bourton‑on‑the‑Water set the tone, despite long treks to the facilities. BBQs, beers, river paddling and a Sunday pub roast wrapped up a fun, easygoing break.
