Retrospective Upstate NY and Maine - This 2010 adventure through Upstate New York and Maine is packed with motorhome fun, big forests, lakeside stops and classic New England charm. From Niagara Falls spray to Adirondack views, lobster shacks, lighthouses and the wild beauty of Acadia, it’s a feel‑good rewind of a brilliant USA road trip. Scenic drives, great campsites and happy memories make this a standout chapter in your travels.

We took our hired Canadian motorhome across the border at Niagara Falls, Lewiston bridge into Upstate New York along the edge of lake Ontario and then via Rochester , Syracuse , Pulaski and back into Canada at Alexandria bay. For Maine we visited Bar Harbor, what a lovely place - lobster roll and all ;) and Lubec (eastern most US town) and Campobello island as a detour between Fredericton & St John , New Brunswick.
